Module 2 is about you. What are our beliefs about conflict? And how can we understand ourselves (and others) better when we are in conflict.

This module is about communication. Sometimes during separation and divorce, one of the first casualties is effective communication. This module gives you some ideas which you may wish to try to enhance your communication in the mediation.

Module 4 is all about negotiation. I walk you through some basic negotiation theory ideas and explain how these apply in mediation.

Sala works full-time as a mediator in Hong Kong focusing on working with families who are separating or divorcing.
She is an accredited mediator (Australia NMAS) (USA FINRA) (Hong Kong HKMAAL/HKIAC) (UK CEDR) and family mediator (HKMAAL).
She teaches as an adjunct lecturer at HKU in the LLM ADR Programme. Sala originally qualified as a solicitor in the UK (1995) and HK (1996). She attended the University of Bristol (LLB Hons) and Pepperdine University (LLM).
